Good We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in Chiang Mai and were impressed with the luxurious amenities. the service was immaculate and the staff was very attentive to all our needs. the massage at the hotel's spa was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. the private facilities in our room, such as the sun terrace and garden area, were exclusive and added to the overall luxurious experience. the location of the hotel was easily accessible and we were able to partake in the entertainment provided, such as live music performances.

this was promptly addressed by the staff and did not affect our overall experience.
